Port Westward Industrial Park is located along the Columbia River outside the City of Clatskanie and is the site of Portland General Electric’s Beaver Power Plant and the Port Westward 1 and 2 Generation Plants. This marine property spans over 1,700 acres with access to a self-scouring, deepwater dock.
