The Port of Columbia County is committed to providing full assistance to those seeking access to Port records. To make a request, download and complete a Public Records Request Form and submit it to the Port office by:

Response to Public Records Requests 

There is no charge to you for making a public records request and receiving an estimate of the cost to fulfill your request. The Port will acknowledge receipt of your request within five (5) business days (excluding weekends and legal holidays).  The acknowledgment will state whether the Port is the custodian of the requested records. Within ten (10) business days after the Port issues an acknowledgment, the Port will advise you of the estimated costs to fulfill your request.  

Cost for Public Records 

The fee schedule outlines the printing and media costs, as well as staff time spent researching and making the records available. After you receive the estimate of the cost to fulfill your request, full payment of the total amount is required before the public records are inspected, or copies are released.
